throughout. Nyarai's debut Viognier exhibits luscious Niagara peach and apricot notes
along with nuances of tangerine and blood orange tones. Its golden straw hue is derived
from half of the crop receiving 12 hours of skin contact prior to pressing. Fermented
under cool temperatures in stainless steel, this rendition of Northern Rhone's cult
varietal delivers a pure finish of gorgeous fig, honey, cream fruits and chamomile
flavours appropriately counter-balance with modest acidity.
