Nyarai Cellar portfolio. A melding of three (trois) complementary varietals,
Trois is an intriguing blend of Viognier, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc
coming together lending brilliant aromatics and pristine focus fruit.
Fermented in stainless steel under cool temperatures and maturated on its
own lees, each individual varietal is allowed to develop naturally allowing
their personal attributes to shine. Sourced from four prime Niagara vineyards
this wine exhibits considerable depth and weight as apricots, sweet melon and
tangerine peel unfold generously and culminate in a refreshing finish.
