A stylish and elegant wine, Nyarai Cellars 2009 Sauvignon Blanc delivers a rich complexity of floral notes and tropical fruit with restrained herbaceous overtones accompanied with balance acidity. Sourced from the Niagara River, Niagara and Lincoln Lakeshores sub-appellations, each lot was fermented separately in 100% stainless steel to retain pure identity of character then subsequently blended, resulting in a fruit driven offering. Mouth-filling nuances of ripe stone-fruit, gooseberries, lime and guava surround a solid mineral core that lingers pleasantly, leading to a long persistent finish.
