In the pursuit of creating the best representation of the Niagara region, Nyarai Cellars was born. Our goal is to showcase the intimate
bond between the activities that occurs in the vineyard and in the cellar. Ask a grape-grower what their prime objective is and their
answer is going to be "to grow the best quality fruit." Fundamentally this translates into sound wines. In creating Nyarai Cellars the
intent is to source fruit from respectable properties that focus on quality. Our wines are created from various localities throughout the
Niagara region such as Lincoln Lakeshore, Niagara River, and Twenty Miles Bench; these appellations cover a broad spectrum of
intriguing and unique characteristics that reveal the Niagara terroir.
Sensible viticultural practices coupled with a practical approach to winemaking work in tandem ensuring only the truest expression of
the regions flavours. At Nyarai Cellars we are honoured to work with winegrowers who strike a balance between the fruit they grow
and the environment in which that fruit grows in (it's terroir). It is here that we would like to acknowledge our partners (in vine) for
their dedicated stewardship in the fields, their contribution, creating this bounty of great fruit, from which we make great wine.
